Reliable Friendship

In the course of living life, we meet many friends but they don´t stay forever in our hearts besides few of them. Finding a true friend in the foreign country is almost impossible. In my experience of 4 years in the foreign country, I have found very few friends with whom I count on. One of them is Suraj Pandey from Butwal.

We met last year when we went for the work together. We had spent around three months together there being like the brothers. I still remember so many things which we had done there. We also worked in the same company in another place as well for a short time. Then, he left the company to grab another opportunity while I stayed in the same company but we stayed connected.  And the friendship of ours is fruitful for me because of him I have got an opportunity. For this, I am so thankful to him.

If we see the present situation of our society, people are so racist taking casts. If he also thinks so he never helps me because I am Rai which is in the indigenous group and he is Pande which is in Brahmans group. I knew him before that he didn´t like people were divided over castes. We are not even from the same place as well. He is not only the person from Brahman community who helps me out but also there was a manager of Nabil Bank named Keshab Bhattarai who also helped me a lot for my banking documents before for my abroad study.

Even though I requested for many so-called friends, they only gave me beautiful assurances but they did nothing for me. It is said that you only know your friend when you are in trouble. I think it´s so true like the friend in need is a friend indeed. So, I think it´s worthless to talk about casts. Bottom line, all Rais are not good and all Brahmans are not bad. Thank You Suraj bro!

Yep, I Got Promoted Today! Do no harm, take no shit हो। I won’t let down guys. T...

The Kirat Dynasty

Nepal's very first recorded or discovered history began with the Kiratis, who arrived in the 7th or 8th century BCE from the east to the Kathmandu valley (now the capital of Nepal). Little is known about them, other than their deftness as sheep farmers and great fondness for carrying long knives. The Kirats ruled for about 1225 years (800 BCE-300 CE), their reign had a total of 29 kings during that time. Their first and best-remembered king was Yalambar, who is referenced in the epic Mahabharata. In the chronicle of Bansawali William Kirk Patrick mentions that the Kirat rule existed from about 900 BCE to 300 CE. During this long period altogether 29 Kirat Kings ruled over the country. The 29 Kirat Kings were; 1. Yellung Hang or Yalambar 2. Pari Hang 3. Skandhar Hang 4. Balamba Hang 5. Hriti Hang 6. Humati Hang 7. Jitedasti Hang 8. Galinja Hang 9. Oysgja Hang 10. Suyarma Hang 11.
