My Master Chef Marcos Tamari

Ele é meu professor de sushi e, claro, ele é uma universidade de sushi com certeza. Tive a grande oportunidade de trabalhar com ele no restaurante de sushi Hiroo em Lisboa. Às vezes, quando tenho confusões em relação ao sushi, pergunto a ele e ele está sempre lá para me ajudar. O nome do meu master chef 👩‍🍳 é Marcos Tamari e ele é do Japão. Ele é uma pessoa muito humilde, gentil e amorosa. Sinto-me sortudo o suficiente para ser abençoado pelo meu chef principal no meu aniversário. Obrigado meu MASTER CHEF! ☺️

He is my professor for sushi & of course, he is a university of sushi for sure. I got a great opportunity to work with him in Hiroo sushi restaurant in Lisbon. Sometimes, when I have confusions regarding sushi, I ask him & he is always there to help me out. My master chef 👩‍🍳 name is Marcos Tamari & he is from Japan. He is a very humble, kind & loving person. I feel lucky enough to be blessed from my master chef on my birthday. Thank you my MASTER CHEF! ☺️

The Kirat Dynasty

Nepal's very first recorded or discovered history began with the Kiratis, who arrived in the 7th or 8th century BCE from the east to the Kathmandu valley (now the capital of Nepal). Little is known about them, other than their deftness as sheep farmers and great fondness for carrying long knives. The Kirats ruled for about 1225 years (800 BCE-300 CE), their reign had a total of 29 kings during that time. Their first and best-remembered king was Yalambar, who is referenced in the epic Mahabharata. In the chronicle of Bansawali William Kirk Patrick mentions that the Kirat rule existed from about 900 BCE to 300 CE. During this long period altogether 29 Kirat Kings ruled over the country. महापुरुष त हु भन्छौ तिमि खै के तिमिले त्यस्तो कर्म गर्यौ। सारा दुनियालाइ मुफ्तमा हसाएर खै के आफ्नो कद बढायौ। अहंकार पाल्नु राम्रो होइन उभिनलाइ धर्ति टेक्नै पर्छ। जितको स्वाद थाहा पाउन कैयौ पटक हारेको हुनैपर्छ। मानिस त्यो भगवान बन्छ जसले अरुको दुखलाई बोध गर्छ। बुद्धत्व त्यतिकै प्राप्त हुन्न त्यसका निम्ति तपस्य गर्नैपर्छ। तिमीमा अभिमान धेरै भए तिमी अन्त्य अबस्य हुन्छ। बासको वृक्षले गगनै चुमे पनि आखिर एकदिन भुइतिर झुक्नैपर्छ।
