A Heart Breaking Letter to The Law Minister

Before Moving

There is sunny outside but I am feeling gloomy inside in my room. I am feeling nervous and fear somehow. I don't know where my luck takes. The result will be come out within a couple of weeks. I hope whatever will happen that will be betterment of my life. I am asking for some amen to the god to help me. At the same time, I am remembering my parents who are my real inspiration to move forward. Besides that I have my own responsibilities which I have to play. For example, my family is expecting from me a lot. They are desperately waiting for my success which couldn't happen before. In the same way, I have to be proved in my society as a person as well because they are eyeing at me. Even though I have been trying many things in my life, I couldn't achieve even a single thing. I always returned back with bare hands with bland experiences. Then, I took sadness into my whole family along with me which took some time to come over it. I think my hard work, my dedication and

Ways of Controlling Stress

Ways of Controlling Stress Relax. You deserve it, it's good for you, and it takes less time than you think. You don't need a spa weekend or a retreat. Each of these  stress -relieving tips can get you from OMG to om in less than 15 minutes. 1. Meditate  A few minutes of practice per day can help ease  anxiety . “Research suggests that daily  meditation  may alter the  brain ’s neural pathways, making you more resilient to stress,” says psychologist Robbie Maller Hartman, PhD, a Chicago health and  wellness coach . It's simple. Sit up straight with both feet on the floor. Close your eyes. Focus your attention on reciting -- out loud or silently -- a positive mantra such as “I feel at peace” or “I love myself.” Place one hand on your belly to sync the mantra with your breaths. Let any distracting thoughts float by like clouds. 2. Breathe Deeply  Take a 5-minute break and focus on your breathing. Sit up straight, eyes closed, with a hand on your belly. Slowl

We are Danian

We are Danian We are from the different countries around the world. We have different colors of skins, eyes and hairs. We have different languages and cultures. Some friends are from developed countries and some friends are from developing countries. But our goal is same. Our destination is same. Our color of blood is same. Our hearts beat for the same purpose. We are the rainbow of different colors. So, we are different in appearances but we are same in many ways. In the beginning, the world was not divided like now. In the course of time, it has become like this. It is divided into pieces like America, France, China, etc. So, we have become like American, French, Chinese, etc. according to our country. We have to get visa to enter into other countries because people are ruling their territories like they make it after they are born. How funny it is to say. They forget we have to leave this world one day without taking anything else. Being human is given but keeping our humanit
